Returns are possible provided that the purchase is returned in the same condition it arrived.

Returns may be charged a 15% restocking fee, depending upon the circumstances and size of the order.

We recommend that you keep an eye on tracking if you're buying from overseas; sometimes orders are held up due to requiring a release from the recipient and post offices do not always notify those recipients that a parcel is waiting for their action.
